Dramatic fire on a disused lifting bridge in Duisburg: Police are looking for witnesses!

On Tuesday evening, April 29, at around 5:30 p.m. a fire broke out on the disused "Rheinpreußenhafen" lifting bridge on Dammstrasse. An attentive witness noticed the flames and immediately alerted the fire brigade. This moved in with a extinguishing boat and deleted the fire, which was apparently caused by burning wooden planks on the bridge.
