In a dramatic night on May 20, 2025, a 57-year-old woman was victims of an attempted robbery in her own home in Bohlenberge, Eschstraße. At around 11:10 p.m. the woman was torn from sleep when the land lighting suddenly affected. In the hallway there was a masked man who threatened a screwdriver and asked her to surrender money and a laptop. When the woman refused, the perpetrator took a handbag at lightning speed, but a movement ended in the struggle around her pocket, which ultimately did not remain under his violence.

The brave resident was not injured, but the intruder may have already stolen jewelry from her apartment. Thanks to her precise description of the perpetrator-a 40-year-old man from Zetel, whom she knows personally-the investigators have the first clues for the arrest of the fleeting robber. The police are now initiating extensive investigations to clarify this shocking incident as quickly as possible.
