Dramatic traffic accident in Neustrelitz: collide three cars!

On May 11, 2025, around 4:45 p.m. in Neustrelitz there was a spectacular traffic accident at the Woldegker Chaussee/Lessingstraße/Carl-Meier-Straße. A 33-year-old driver of a Ford ignored the red light and collided with a Hyundai who was directed by a 69-year-old woman who crossed the intersection at green. Due to the violent impact, the Hyundai skidded and rammed a waiting vehicle, also a Ford.

All three vehicles were no longer ready to drive after the collision. Operating substances expired on the road, which is why a special company was called for removal. Temporary traffic restrictions occurred during the clean -up work. A 17-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries in the Hyundai and a 24-year-old passenger, who did not need medical treatment. The property damage is estimated at around 24,000 euros.
