Dramatic collision: Cyclists are in danger of regular bus!

On Tuesday afternoon, there was a spectacular incident on Goetheplatz: a regular bus drove towards Sophienstiftsplatz when an 80-year-old Weimarer suddenly got on the street with his bike. The 62-year-old bus driver immediately initiated a danger braking, but there was an impact. Fortunately, the cyclist was not injured.

The brake campaign had followed: Two older women, 82 and 89 years old rushed on the bus. Both complained of pain in the knees, but medical treatment was not necessary. The collision also left property damage to the bike and bus. Another incident that shows how quickly there can be dangerous situations on the streets!
