Adelheider Straße, 27751 Delmenhorst, Deutschland - on May 1, 2025, around 11:45 a.m., a 44-year-old Swede in Delmenhorst was checked by the police after not reacting to the signal of flashing lights and Martinshorn by car. During the check, the officials obtained information on influencing THC and cocaine through a drug test.

As a result of the findings, the police initiated an administrative offense procedure against the driver. At the instruction of the Oldenburg public prosecutor's office, the Swede also had to deposit a security deposit in order to secure the state law enforcement claim.
