On the night of Monday, a 37-year-old driver was stopped by the police in Dissen after noticed by his daring driving style. The man not only drove at an excessive speed, but also hurriedly turned into a back yard. A subsequent control revealed alarming indications of drug use. A urine test was positive, which confirmed the fears.

But that's not all: During the vehicle search, the officers not only found small quantities of narcotics, but also a forbidden one -handed knife and a telescopic punch. The driver was not allowed to drive in Germany with his foreign driving license, which further tightens the situation. The police took measures by removing a blood sample, prohibited the onward journey and secured the vehicle key. The 37-year-old is now facing several investigations-including driving without driving license and drug abuse.
