in Duisburg, two police officers carried out a traffic control on Karl-Jarres-Straße on Thursday evening and made a shocking discovery. The heavily worn car with three inmates noticed because a passenger (36) was not strapped. The driver (28) looked dazed during the control and had glassy eyes - a clear warning signal.

The investigation revealed a stolen e-scooter, and all three men are already known to the police. A first drugnot from drugs with the driver was positive, whereupon a blood sample was taken. Now the three men are looking forward to criminal charges - a hard blow for the already criminal individuals!
