In a dramatic night campaign, the Cologne police forces temporarily arrested a 19-year-old scooter driver on Rösrather Straße in Ostheim. The young man, apparently under the influence of drugs, tried to avoid traffic control and rammed a police officer who was slightly injured.

When arresting, it turned out that the scooter driver had attached stolen insurance license plates. He was also taken from a blood sample, since indications of drug use presented.
