on Friday morning, around 11:00 a.m., there was an alarming incident in Stölzelstrasse with an e-scooter. A patrol of the police became aware of a 34-year-old Poland who was obviously drunk and under the influence of drugs. The situation escalated when the man not only provoked the officials, but also made blood sample necessary.
