A 12-year-old boy borrowed an e-scooter from a friend in Ulm at noon and drove around aimlessly. At around 12:45 p.m. there was an accident in Hummelstrasse when he overlooked the slowly moving Dacia of an 81-year-old woman. She had the right of way, but the boy rammed the car on the side.
