Burglars in an act in Emmerich: Witnesses urgently wanted!

An unknown burglar caused excitement in Kleve on Friday (May 2, 2025) when he tried to penetrate into a family home on Adolf-Tibus-Straße. The man broke in a window and wanted to get access to the house. However, his project was discovered by an attentive witness. In the panic, the burglar fled through the front door and over a nearby bridge towards Helene-Weber-Straße.

The fleeting is about 160 to 180 cm tall, completely wrapped in dark clothing and wore a black baseball cap. The Emmerich police are now asking for information from the population about the incident or suspicious observations in the area. Witnesses are asked to report on 02822 7830.
