Burglars in Erfurt: Alcoholized perpetrators caught on Easter Sunday!

In the night of Easter Saturday to Easter Sunday, the police caught a 23-year-old man in the act as he tried to break into a tobacco shop in the city center of Erfurt. The perpetrator was already in the process of taking the front door and damaged it when the officials arrived. It turned out that he had previously made further attempts at burglary in the area, including violent access to the personnel area of a restaurant.

Although the young man had caused considerable damage to property on several catering and commercial institutions, he has so far not been able to obtain prey. After his arrest and carrying out the necessary police measures, the alcoholic accused was released. Several criminal proceedings were initiated against him and the investigation continues.
