In the early morning hours of Easter Sunday, a 29-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman in Rieth went on a break-in tour. But their criminal plans were quickly thwarted by an attentive resident and a rapid police patrol. The witness watched the couple when it tried to penetrate several basements and immediately alerted the police.

The officials met the two burglars when unpacking their burglary tool in an apartment building - visibly surprised by their timing. They also found bicycles nearby, which obviously also came from thefts. The already known 28-year-old was temporarily arrested and is right in front of a judge. However, his accomplice was released again. Both must now expect an investigation into attempted burglary and stealing.
