In the night of April 23, 2025, two unknown perpetrators tried to break into a family home on Hugo-Henkel-Straße in Ratingen, Mettmann district. Around 9:30 p.m., they violently undertook the attack through a window and a balcony door. The suspicious men were masked, wore storm hoods and gloves. While one was dressed in dark, the other had light outer clothing with a hood and black pants.
