In the night from Saturday to Sunday, Alfeld turned into a 'crime hotspot'. Unknown burglars struck several times! The crimes piled up between 10:45 p.m. and 00:45: First, a Honda Civic was broken up on Ständehausstrasse, but the alarm chased the perpetrators - luck for the car owner.

A little later, the crooks were targeting a family home in Holzer Strasse. The unsuspecting owners found the traces of burglary when they returned. The perpetrators cracked a side entrance door and searched the house. They stole cash and personal items, including handbags and a wallet. Interesting: two of the handbags left the thieves back on the courtyard. The police asks for clues to brutal burglars - security is all about!
