The 53-year-old scooter driver was hit by the woman's Skoda and bumped into his vehicle. Fortunately, he was only slightly injured, so there was no serious injuries. When recording the accident, however, another, worrying aspect came to light: The police officers noticed that the e-scooter driver was in an impaired state that pointed out alcohol consumption.
