In Kaiserslautern, there was a shocking traffic accident on Herzog-Karl-Straße on Tuesday evening, in which a cyclist and a car driver collided. The 22-year-old driver, who was traveling with her car towards B270, only later reported the incident to the police. According to initial investigations, the cyclist who waited to cross the street had disregarded the right of way. It crashes - the cyclist stated that they were unharmed, but the car suffered a small property damage of around 500 euros.

But the situation escalated unexpectedly! On the same evening, the cyclist felt pain and decided to go to the hospital. This prompted the driver to report the accident to the police afterwards. Another proof of how quickly serious consequences can arise from a harmless incident.
