Brand in Saterland: Neighbor saves barn from flames!

In the early morning hours of April 12, 2025, at around 3:40 a.m., a fire broke out in Saterland/Ramsloh that quickly attracted the attention of an attentive neighbor. A building side of a barn in the “Hoheberg” street was on fire, although the exact cause has so far remained unclear.

The Ramsloh volunteer fire brigade reacted promptly and was lucky to extinguish the fire quickly, so that the flames spread to neighboring buildings. All of the damage is estimated at around 5,000 euros. The investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
