In the night of April 11, 2025, around 10:30 p.m., the Weimar professional fire brigade was called to a burning stack of wood on Ettersburger Straße. The police's alarmed officers suspect that the fire was laid by strangers. The fire brigade managed to quickly extinguish the flames, but the property damage on the approximately one cubic meter of wooden stacks has not yet been quantified.
