Burglary in the church and fire in daycare: police investigated in a double alarm!

In the night of Friday, April 11, unknown perpetrators broke into a building of the Catholic parish of "Maria Einsiedel" and searched for violent. In addition to the search for valuables, doors were also opened. A similar burglary situation occurred at the same time in the Evangelical Parish Office.

Two days later, on Saturday afternoon, there was a fire on the outer wall at the Evangelical Day Care on Zwingenberger Straße. A police patrol immediately extinguished the fire with a fire extinguisher, while the fire brigade carried out post -extinguishing work. The investigation into the cause of the fire is underway, as well as the questions about the possible connection between the fire and the burglaries.
