Rummelsburger See, Berlin, Deutschland - Last night the fire brigade was alerted to a dramatic fire in Friedrichshain. At around 6:40 p.m., a witness at the boat dock at the Rummelsburger See watched an explosion on a houseboat, which shockingly let several boats open in flames. The inferno was able to extinguish quickly in incoming firefighters, but seven boats were badly damaged.

Fortunately, there were no injuries, and the owner of the houseboat was found on site. The investigators of the fire commissioner of the State Criminal Police Office are currently assuming negligent arson. Dramatic scenes on the water front, but the worst was prevented!
