Explosion in Bonn-Niederholtorf: Investigations underway!

in Bonn-Niederholtorf in the early morning hour of Wednesday, a violent explosion on a balcony of an apartment building caused horror, but fortunately without injuries. At 3:45 a.m., residents alerted the police and fire brigade after a deafening bang. When they arrived, the emergency services discovered significant damage to the balcony border, furniture and the front door that indicated explosive detonation.

The criminal police have taken up the investigation and founded a special investigation group to clarify the background of the explosion. So far there is no evidence of a politically motivated background.
