In the night of Thursday, April 17, 2025, a paper container in Lauterkopfstrasse in Suhl was set fire to previously unknown perpetrators around 1:15 a.m. The fire brigade had to flood the container with water to extinguish the fire and prevent further damage. The amount of property damage is previously unknown.

The police are now looking for witnesses who can provide information about this fire. Information is accepted on 03681 369-0, stating the file number 009855/2025.
