Fire alarm on the B311: Man-trucks go up in flames!

A 58-year-old man got into a flame inferno on Tuesday afternoon on the B311 towards Munderkingen! Suddenly several error messages dived on the display of his MAN, followed by a spectacular fire that struck out of the dashboard. The driver acted quickly and chose the emergency call, but when the Obermarchtal fire brigade arrived, the entire cab already burned!

The police are now investigating the cause of the fire and the damage incurred, while the B311 had to be completely blocked for one hour during the extinguishing work. Fortunately, there was no injured person - a real shock moment that luckily ended lightly!
