Fire drama in Constance: 65-year-old from burning hall saved!

On Monday afternoon, a devastating fire occurred in a warehouse in the "Forsterbahnried", in which a 65-year-old owner was injured and a damage to property of around 150,000 euros was caused. Around 2:30 p.m. the owner of an adjacent workshop building and another witness noticed smoke and hurried to the burning hall to save the man who was badly smoked.

The fire brigade arrived with a strong contingent shortly afterwards and was able to extinguish the fire, which also damaged a neighboring workshop building. The cause of the fire is currently still unclear, the investigation is underway.
