Great fire in Haselhorst: Police investigated arson!

In Haselhorst yesterday afternoon, a devastating big fire broke out that attracts the interests of the State Criminal Police Office. At 4:40 p.m., a passerby alerted the fire brigade after noticing strong smoke in the warehouse path. The incoming emergency services immediately discovered a burning arbor and several fire in hedges. During the extinguishing work, the inferno expanded to an adjacent warehouse, which was largely opened in flames.

The fire brigade was in use until the early hours of the morning. A firefighter of the volunteer fire brigade injured himself and had to be taken to the hospital. According to previous information, other injuries cannot be complained about. During the fire fighting, access to Haselhorst underground station was temporarily blocked. The investigation into the cause of the bad fire continues to be in full swing.
