Young people suspect after forest fire in St. Tönis: Police are looking for witnesses!

On Sunday afternoon, around 4:15 p.m., the fire brigade and police were called to a forest behind the water tower in St. Tönis after several witnesses discovered a fire. A witness had already tried to extinguish the little fire, so the fire brigade only had to deglaze the fire site.

Two young people, estimated 14 to 16 years old and between 1.60 and 1.65 meters tall, are said to have run into the forest with hands full of hay. They wore dark jackets with the trademark of the company "The North Face". Interestingly, there was another fire in the same area in the previous week. The police ask for information from witnesses who have recently made suspicious observations.
