Rapid accident in Breidscheid: The car overturns in the forest!

Breidscheid, Deutschland - on May 4, 2025, around 4:22 p.m., a dramatic traffic accident occurred on the L92 in Breidscheid. A vehicle raced from the street in a sharp left turn and was thrown into the adjacent forest via an earth wall. The car, which was occupied by four people, overturned several times before it was finally stopped by trees.

The occupants were incredible: despite the spectacular accident they remained largely unharmed and were able to leave the vehicle independently. Rescue services and the fire brigade were quickly on site and brought those affected to nearby hospitals. Initial investigations indicate that an excessive speed in combination with a risky overtaking maneuver was responsible for the serious fall. The 20-year-old driver now has to face a criminal and administrative offense procedure.
