Stimulus gas attack at concert in Gropiusstadt: 18 injured!

Gropiusstadt, Deutschland - Yesterday afternoon a music event in Gropiusstadt became chaos! An unknown perpetrator exuded irritated gas in a fully occupied atrium of a shopping center, where around 800 people were at that time. The incident led to panic scenes when around 2,500 visitors fled. Rescue workers were alerted at 4:25 p.m. after numerous people complained of breathing difficulties and skin irritation.

The fire brigade was quickly on site and brought 18 injuries to safety - eleven people even had to be admitted to hospitals. The Johannisthaler Chaussee was quickly closed to enable an orderly evacuation. Aggressive attempts by some visitors to break through the closed area caused additional tensions. The police and fire brigade were in use until around 6:50 p.m., while the investigation due to dangerous bodily harm continued to run. The perpetrator remains at large so far!
