Shock accident on Maria-Probst-Straße: Two seriously injured at truck crash!
On Friday, February 21, 2025, a dramatic accident occurred on Maria-Probst-Straße when a truck collided with an abortion stage, on which three employees of the gardening department were busy with tree maintenance work. The impact turned the basket of the working platform by 90 degrees, with a 24-year-old woman being thrown out of the basket and hung upside down in the air. Her 57-year-old colleague was caught between the basket and the truck roof.
The rescue workers were quickly on hand to supply the two seriously injured. The fire brigade secured the woman with a rescue board and brought her to the street with a turntable ladder. Maria-Probst-Straße was completely blocked for the rescue measures and the accident recording. The police are entrusted with the examination of the cause of the accident, while the fire brigade separated the damaged traffic light mast.
