Bensberger Straße, 51491 Overath, Deutschland - yesterday morning, shortly after 11:00 a.m., there was a spectacular traffic accident on Bensberger Straße in the Heiligenhaus district: a 78-year-old Overather who drove his Opel into a roundabout, overlooked a right of way and collided with his vehicle. The impact led to considerable damage to property on both vehicles that amount to several hundred euros.

The accident recording and the treatment of the injured motorcyclist could not remain without consequences for traffic. The lane had to be temporarily blocked towards Hohkeppel, which significantly impaired accessibility in this area. The fire brigade and police were immediately on site to regulate the situation.
