Shock accident in Wedel: Two dead and several injuries on Pinneberger Strasse

On Saturday afternoon, a tragic traffic accident occurred on Pinneberger Straße in Wedel: two cars collided head -on, which led to a total of five life -threatening injuries. Despite all the attempts to rescue, two people had to be declared dead on site. They were trapped in the first vehicle, whereby one of them had to be reanimated seriously injured. Another person from this car was also seriously injured and taken to the hospital.

The fire brigade's forces were used at the scene of the accident for around two and a half hours before they were able to hand over the help to the police at 4:40 p.m. In the second car, two inmates suffered serious injuries and were brought to surrounding hospitals. The district fire brigade association Pinneberg also prepared a follow -up interview for the rescue team, while there is still no information on the cause of the accident. The fire brigade was on site with a total of 20 emergency services, four vehicles as well as support from the emergency services and police.
