Terrible traffic accident in weather: fire brigade saves the trapped person!

In the night from Friday to Saturday, at 02:30 a.m., the fire trucks Grundschöttel, Volmarstein and old weather of the fire brigade Wetter (Ruhr) were alerted to a serious traffic accident on Vogelsanger Str. When the first emergency services arrived, the dangerous location was immediately recognized: one person was trapped in the vehicle, while another was already outside. The car was firmly between the guardrail and a hedge.

The Hagen fire brigade quickly took over the operations management and received active support from the volunteers from weather. Together they worked on the technical rescue and ensured the illumination of the accident site and the necessary fire protection. After the successful rescue, the trapped accident victim was immediately handed over to the emergency services and transported to a nearby hospital.
