Serious accident in Munich: Coach collides with a tram - ten injuries!

A serious accident occurred in Munich this morning when a coach collided with a tram. A total of ten people were injured, including a seriously injured passenger and several children. The incident took place at a larger intersection near the deer garden and led to considerable disabilities in car and tram traffic. The exact cause of the accident is currently still unclear, as the PNP reports.

The collision occurred according to the fire brigade around 10:50 a.m. The scene of the accident was the intersection between Barer Straße and Gabelsbergerstraße in Maxvorstadt. There were around 40 young people from Italy in the coach who were on a day trip. The bus was badly damaged by the collision, the windscreen of the tram and a side window disc of the bus splinter. The vehicle is currently no longer ready to drive, and the travel company takes care of a replacement, according to Tag24 .
