In the night from Friday to Saturday, unknown perpetrators broke a cigarette machine on Daimlerstrasse. The investigation into the damage and the value of the stolen content is still underway. Witnesses are asked to report to the police station Winnenden on 07195/6940.

Shortly after this incident, a 72-year-old woman lost control of her smart due to a medical emergency and initially crashed into a parked Volkswagen. Your vehicle then rolled backwards 160 meters until it was stopped by a hedge. Despite the quick help of first aiders and the emergency services, the woman died. The Schorndorf volunteer fire brigade was on site with 15 emergency services.
