On Monday morning, April 7, a 23-year-old French citizen in Kehl was controlled by the federal police while waiting in the cross-border tram. When checking his personal details, it turned out that there was an arrest warrant against him - because of a particularly severe case of theft. The young man could not pay the requested fine and was then arrested directly.
