On Saturday evening (April 12th), the federal police at Essen main station became aware of a 25-year-old man who was caught on how to attach several stickers from a football club to a waiting house. When the officials asked him to remove the stickers, the young man tried to flee, resisted and scolded the police.
The situation escalated around 8:30 p.m. when the man who identified himself as a fan of Rot-Weiss Essen brought his stickers again despite police requests. After a brief scramble, the federal police officers were able to overwhelm the man, and hand wrap was created. During the search, the officials found 50 stickers and his identity card. An investigation into assault, resistance to enforcement officers and insult was initiated. The 25-year-old has already been crowded because of a similar crime.
