In a dangerous incident on the B313 near Inzigkofen, there was a risky overtaking maneuver on Friday afternoon. A 49-year-old truck driver was outdated by a construction site transporter, although the view of the road section was restricted. The overtaking cut so just in front of the truck that there was a touch between the vehicles. In order to prevent a collision with oncoming traffic, both the truck driver and vehicles in the opposite direction had to slow down. The previously unknown driver of the van simply continued his journey stunned, while a damage of around 2,000 euros was incurred on the truck. The police in Sigmaringen asks for evidence.

At the same time: An 80-year-old racing cyclist inconsistently crashed into the rear of a dacia Sandero parked in the Lindenweg on the same day at 5:05 p.m. in Lindenweg. The cyclist fell and pulled slight injuries while the rear window of the vehicle broke. The damage to the Dacia is also around 2,000 euros. As a precaution, the injured cyclist was taken to the hospital for medical treatment, his racing bike suffered a total damage, the costs of which have not yet been estimated.
