On Tuesday morning, April 29, 2025, a 27-year-old German was checked by the federal police on Autobahn 3 at Wittenhorst rest area. As a passenger, the woman was traveling in a car approved in Bochum when the review of her personal details revealed an arrest warrant from the Essen public prosecutor. The traveler was searched for due to an outstanding fine of 175 euros.

Fortunately, the woman was able to avert the impending six -day forced by the Federal Police immediately. After setting the fine, she was allowed to travel.
