Border control: Police discovered arsenal in camouflaged smartphones!

In a border control on the A6 in Waidhaus, federal police officers discovered an armory in the car of a 42-year-old Slovak on Wednesday evening (May 15th). The man who showed himself with a valid Slovak passport came from the Czech Republic and was initially routinely checked.

The officials found a bag on the back seat of the vehicle with several forbidden objects, including an irritant sprayer with Czech lettering and a whipping ring in the man's jacket bags. Particularly explosive: In the storage compartment of the driver's door, two electrical impulse devices were hidden, which were disguised as smartphones. In the trunk, the officials also came across another bag in which there were seven additional electrical pulse devices, also disguised as smartphones. Overall, the police confiscated nine electrical pulse devices, an irritant sprayer and a whipping ring.

The Slovak admitted that they had bought the weapons in the Czech Republic. An investigation against the weapons law was initiated against him. After depositing a security deposit of 800 euros, he was able to continue his trip - with an extremely dangerous piece of luggage!
