Sankt-Peter-Straße, Hude, Deutschland - in Hude, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, a devastating fire in a machine hall. Around 4:45 p.m., the owner noticed that a wheel loader was on fire and immediately alerted the fire brigade. The volunteer fire brigades from Hude and Bookholzberg moved in with a total of 40 emergency services. Despite the quick intervention, the fire spread to a second wheel loader, which was also completely destroyed.

Thanks to the courageous extinguishing attack, greater damage on the surrounding vehicles and the machine hall, which was only slightly damaged, could be prevented. The total damage is estimated on an amount in the lower six -digit range. Fortunately, there was no danger to the direct residential building and the residents. The investigation into the cause of the fire has already started.
