In a spectacular night, the police in the district of Lüneburg were able to arrest three men who tried to blow up an ATM. The incident occurred on Bahnhofstrasse in Embsen when an attentive walker noticed suspects and a vehicle with a running engine and alerted the police. The perpetrators unsuccessfully tried to open the machine.

After a wild chase, the perpetrators fled their car, but had an accident in the village of Barnstedt. They continued their escape on foot before they were tracked down and arrested by a police drone. Delaborizers had to blow up suspicious packages in a controlled manner to eliminate possible dangers.
