In the night from Wednesday to Thursday, April 17, 2025, several young people played a dangerous game at the Weiler stop: they put stones on the tracks! At 00:05 a.m., the teenagers entered the track area and placed the stones that were later run over by passing trains.

Thanks to the faster reactions of the federal police, four 16-year-olds, all with German citizenship, were placed. After the personal details have been determined, they were handed over to their parents after the police measures have been completed. Now an investigation is pending on suspicion of the dangerous intervention in rail traffic! A risky fun that could have expensive consequences!
