Young people riot in Kaiserslautern: 16-year-old in custody!

Young people cause excitement in Kaiserslautern! On Tuesday afternoon, three teenagers lit fireworks in the meal area of a shopping center on the torch rondel and damaged a table. The incident happened around 3:30 p.m., and the troublemakers immediately raised the attention of the security personnel.

The police were able to arrest one of the rioters, a 16-year-old, in front of the shopping center. He initially received a dismissal for the area around the mall, but did not stick to it and was spotted again shortly afterwards. In order to enforce the dismissal, the teenager finally had to spend in police custody for the rest of the day. Against him and the other participants are now being investigated for property damage.
