Cologne in turmoil! on Saturday evening, September 7th, a 58-year-old Cologne-based company became an involuntary witness of a dramatic incident on his journey home on Graditzer Strasse. At around 9 p.m. he met an approximately 1.75 meter tall, beefy man with Eastern European appearance, who was suspicious of his high parterre balcony.
