Knife threat at Erfurt Central Station: Police arrest suspects!

On Thursday morning, a 52-year-old man reported a threatening Situation with the federal police at Erfurt Central Station. He had observed in the station underpass how a man with a small pocket knife - about 3.5 centimeters of blade length - spoke to another individual. Even before the police could intervene, the suspect disappeared. But the investigators were not wrong: A short time later, a 33-year-old Italian was caught in the main train station, who carried the knife with him and was heavily alcoholic-over 1.4 per thousand.

The alleged victim of the threat has so far remained unknown, which the police would present with challenges, because without his identity the investigation cannot be continued. Savated suddenly through the situation: The whistle himself had a penal enforcement decision due to customs law violations. Happiness in misfortune for him - after having paid the due fine of over 200 euros, he was able to escape the impending imprisonment.
