In the middle of the night: Burglary in daycare prevented - caught perpetrator!

Dortmund-Westerfilde, Deutschland - late Friday evening, May 9th, the Dortmund police were alerted when an attentive witness observed an attempted break-in into a daycare center in Dortmund-Westerfilde. The alleged perpetrator, a 27-year-old man, was spotted on the roof of the facility, where he tried to break in.

According to the witness, the burglar jumped off the roof and fled on foot towards Mosselde. Thanks to a quick search, the police were able to arrest the man who was already known to the police quickly. It was brought to the police station for identity and ED treatment, but after the measures have been completed due to a lack of sufficient reasons for detention.
