In the early morning hours of Sunday, around 3 a.m., several garbage cans were eaten in flames at an apartment building in the street "Zum Rothenstein". The fire brigade immediately hurried to the site and carried out extensive extinguishing work.

The police have initiated the cause of the fire and is now urgently looking for witnesses. Information can be reported to the police station in Meinerzhagen on 02354/9199-0.
