New police chief commissioner Benden welcomed in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock
police chief commissioner Markus Benden has been the new team partner of police chief Christian Orlet in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock since the beginning of May. The 46-year-old celebrates his impressive 30th anniversary this year at the NRW police. After completing his training at the Holte-Stukenbrock police school in Schloß, Benden worked in the patrol service for many years, especially in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and Castle. Before moving to the district service, he has been active as a district service officer in Rietberg since 2023, which makes him very familiar with the challenges on site.
On Thursday morning, an official greeting by District Administrator Sven-Georg Adenauer as well as the department head of the police and other police representatives took place. Benden and Orlet, who have known each other since 1998 and maintain a close friendship, call their duo humorously as a "great team". The cooperation between the two chief police commissioners promises to continue to strengthen police work in the area and to promote the feeling of security.
