Nine -year -old in the event of an accident in Much slightly injured - police investigated!

On Thursday afternoon, April 24, a traffic accident occurred on the main street in Much, in which a 9-year-old boy was slightly injured. The 36-year-old driver of an Opel SUV from Windeck drove towards Bövingen in heavy rain when the boy suddenly ran between oncoming traffic onto the street and was recorded by the vehicle. He fell, but could get up quickly and run away. Fortunately, there was no damage to the SUV.

The police have now started investigations to clarify whether the driver is responsible for the incident. In accordance with § 142 StGB, it could be displayed from the scene of the accident due to unauthorized removal. The traffic commissioner emphasizes that in such situations, especially when children are involved, the police should always be informed.
